The site also provides tools to rank, review, compliment or dishonor any business or service as an appreciate consumer or generally provide feedback to your suppliers, dealers, merchants, brokers, service providers, and etc. You can rank a business listed with consumer vote, list a business, file a complaint against any business publicly, submit a compliment for a business you have dealt with, or browse through consumer content presented by consumer vote.

List & Rank
Any business or product listed with consumer vote can be ranked by any visitor, one vote per visitor per day.
Filing Complaints
Unlike Better Business Bureaus, any complaint filed with consumer vote will remain in public for other consumers to view until it’s resolved. A business will be added flagged list when five different complaints are received against it. Consumer vote will have right to remove any complaint, compliment, or list that we believe is unreasonable, excessive, or not accurate.
